Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Maison Belissy, we value both your time and ours. To maintain the highest standard of service and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation and refund policy.

48-Hour Cancellation Requirement
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes, rescheduling, or cancellations. Appointments adjusted within this time frame may be rescheduled without penalty.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit or a cancellation fee applied to your account.

Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred if an appointment is missed, cancelled late, or rescheduled outside of the stated policy.

Refund Policy
All treatments, services, packages, products, and memberships are final sale and non-refundable. Payments and deposits may not be transferred to another individual.
